Join Specright Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based software for specification data management, as we seek a highly skilled Implementation Engineer to join our Customer Success Team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual to manage customer and product implementation configuration, including Specright and Salesforce. As an Implementation Engineer, you will work closely with our Director of Implementation and Implementation Engineering Manager to deliver successful projects from mid-market to enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Define and document solution design, user stories, and requirements, including configuration, custom development, and data migration.
- Work with the Solution Data Architect and Project Manager to define scope and deliverables for successful implementation.
- Consult, lead, and guide customers on best practices to support business transformation and process optimization during Specright implementation.
- Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright with Salesforce admin functions.
- Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
- Train and mentor new implementation engineers within the team on product and industry best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or tech industries.
- SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain experience required.
- Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, email, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple customers' task prioritization and provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.
