Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

**About the Role**

Specright Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer and product implementation configurations, including Specright and Salesforce. You will work closely with our Director of Implementation and Implementation Engineering Manager to ensure successful project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage customer and product implementation configurations, including Specright and Salesforce.
  • Work with the Solution Data Architect & Project Manager to define scope and deliverables for successful implementation.
  • Consult with customers on best practices to support business transformation and process optimization as part of a Specright implementation.
  • Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright with Salesforce admin functions.
  • Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
  • Train and mentor new implementation engineers within the team on product and industry best practices.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or customer success role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or tech industries, with a focus on SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain.
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, email, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers' task prioritization and provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.
