Head of Commercial Excellence LATAM

Haleon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Excellence function in LATAM. As Head of Commercial Excellence LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives business growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with Haleon's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the Commercial Excellence team in LATAM, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize commercial operations and drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
