We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Leader to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a comprehensive commercial strategy for LATAM, aligned with our global business objectives.
- Lead the Commercial Excellence team to drive sales growth, market share, and distribution targets across customers and categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Develop and implement Net Revenue Management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Partner with Country GMs and Regional Leadership to set business goals and execution plans.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a complex organization, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and market share.
- Strong sales and marketing expertise, with experience in category development, brand building, and marketing.
- Experience in driving cultural mindset change and setting a vision for the organization.
- Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in spoken and written English.
