Netser Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist L2 to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and support for our Windows 10 operating systems, laser and label printers, and other technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows 10 PC Support:
Provide expert technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Windows 10 operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 10 PCs and associated peripherals. - Laser and Label Printer Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with laser and label printers, perform regular maintenance, and ensure proper functionality of printers. - Troubleshooting with Remote Corporate IT Team:
Collaborate with our remote corporate IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the corporate IT team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Work Authorization:
Must be approved to work in Mexico (MX). - Certifications and Training:
Please provide a list of relevant certifications or training experience. - Background Check:
Must have a current background check. - Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 1 shift (exact times to be determined). - Duration:
Estimated 2 – 3 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications or training experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
