About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Uber. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing partnerships and building new relationships with our clients. You will act as a strategic partner, crafting business plans, initiatives, and sales strategies to achieve our sales goals.

You will work closely with our operations, merchandising, and catalogue teams to ensure the best experience for our consumers. Your key responsibilities will include leading commercial relationships with specialty stores, conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews, and making plans to improve indicators and promotional plans.

What you'll need

  • Experience in sales or trade marketing, mainly in mass consumption companies and/or retailers with proven analytic skills.
  • Outstanding executive interpersonal skills, encouraging strong connections and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, with a curiosity about reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work remotely with teams from other countries.
  • English proficiency is key.
