As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing client relationships to achieve revenue targets
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and domestic sales
- Liaise with Tbo Tek's network offices to support and advise on product requirements
- Maintain and develop business from key customers
- Onboard new agents and establish close relations with key decision-makers
- Attend local trade shows and develop marketing campaigns to position Tbo Tek as a player in the domestic market
- Develop effective sales strategies and priorities
- Visit and contact potential clients daily, meeting with key decision-makers
- Increase the number of new agents on a monthly basis
- Achieve sales targets set forth by the Country Manager
- Develop and secure new business with retail agents
- Increase sales with existing customers
- Obtain market intelligence and provide competitor analysis
- Provide feedback on product requirements to drive more sales
- Monitor performance against budgets and identify variances
- Produce reports and communicate them to the manager on a bi-weekly basis
