Leadership Opportunity in Medical Affairs
Reckitt is seeking a Medical Affairs Category Manager to lead with integrity, drive forward meaningful projects, and cultivate growth within a purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent and provide expertise from the Medical Sciences team in cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Lead project management, influencing cross-functional resource allocation and steering programme delivery aligned with business needs.
Enhance medical sciences procedures, innovate best practices for efficient working, and partner with colleagues to maximise productivity.
Monitor commercial outcomes, sharing insights for strategic planning, and supporting collaborative decision-making.
Evaluate and harness opportunities for business expansion through medical insights, in both new and existing market segments.
Foster the medical sciences team's capabilities, offering a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to inform strategic development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field, with industry experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or consumer health sectors.
Strong capabilities in scientific presentation and complex data analysis, alongside a track record of effective communication.
Proficiency in project management and leading initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in building relationships and influencing decision-making within a collaborative environment.
Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, business strategy, and consumer insights.
