Country Manager, Latam Expansion

Zeal Group busca un Country Manager, Latam Expansion, para liderar la expansión de nuestra plataforma de trading en Latam.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar la expansión de la plataforma de trading en Latam.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de negocios.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing para el mercado latinoamericano.
- Liderar y gestionar el equipo de ventas.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias (P&L) de la región Latam.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria de Forex y CFDs.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobada en liderazgo y alto nivel de conocimiento de la gestión de equipos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales.
- Sólidos conocimientos del uso de algunos CRM y Office.
