The Role: Media Strategy Specialist

">

We're seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment to join our Media Strategy Marketing team. As a Media Strategy Specialist, you'll support the execution of full-funnel paid media campaigns across company lines of business and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Act as a strategic link between internal stakeholders, third-party partners, and agencies for planning, managing, executing, and reporting full-funnel and acquisition campaigns.">
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including partnerships with local and affiliate partners, and influencers.">
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.">
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, creative development, launch, and post-campaign analysis.">
  • Provide optimization and recommendations throughout the campaign.">
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with media partners and affiliate partners.">
  • Create and manage media strategies and partner marketing programs.">
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance for all platforms using various analytics tools.">
  • Suggest A/B testing to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs.">
  • Support all execution aspects of campaign management processes, including campaign strategy, tagging recommendations, consoles setup, delivery management, analysis, and reporting.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's Degree.">
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media marketing, including partnership development and affiliate partners, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company or agency.">
  • Strong understanding of paid media touchpoints management and success metrics.">
  • Experience with advertising management tools like Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.">
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights.">
  • Exceptional speaking and writing communication skills.">
  • Fluent English.">
  • Strong presentation and project management skills.">
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting metrics and KPIs.">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
