We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Group Manager to lead our growing South America Sales team in Mexico. As a Sales Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating your sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. You will also direct and manage the performance and development of your team, providing training and counseling to ensure targets are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining internal systems and ensuring that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team.
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years Leadership experience to drive a sales team.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B).
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team.
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Work experience with internal systems.
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently.
  • Good English language skills (written and oral).
