We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel administration, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities- Personnel Data Management: Collect, monitor, record, and update employee data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our personnel administration.
- Holiday and Leave Administration: Maintain holidays and leave records, as well as working hours administration and other benefit data through dedicated systems.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in the payroll process, preparing input for internal or external payroll processes, and producing payroll documents.
- Record Keeping and Maintenance: Update records of fixed wage information and personnel data related to tax and social security laws, collective provisions, and individual arrangements.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce standard reports from HRIS systems and contribute to the review of processes, templates, and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Provide information to employees and line management on social laws, collective labor agreements, working conditions, and other HR-related matters.
- Organizational Skills: Coordinate salary review and bonus cycle processes, internal and external meetings, and on-line training activities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of personnel data and records.
