We are seeking a skilled Sr Renewals Specialist to join our team at Sutherland. As a key resource, you will work closely with our most valued customers to help them maximize their investment in our team messaging, video meetings, and business phone product.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the renewal management process for high-profile customers, including negotiations
- Manage a clear process to work through account renewals based on renewal date, size of renewal, and complexity of renewal
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue
- Understand how revenue components impact financial goals
- Coordinate with the Expand sales team and monitor upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the customer
- Run a professional renewal process and ensure high customer satisfaction during discussions and process
- Maintain good customer records in CRM
- Submit weekly forecast on renewals, down sell, and churn
- Escalate material churn or down sell scenarios
- 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C) in the contact center or telecommunications industry
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing licensing agreements and ability to negotiate commercial terms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (B2), and understanding of situational uses of different communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX
