Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the renewal management process for high-profile customers, including negotiations
  • Manage a clear process to work through account renewals based on renewal date, size of renewal, and complexity of renewal
  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue
  • Understand how revenue components impact financial goals
  • Coordinate with the Expand sales team and monitor upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the customer
  • Run a professional renewal process and ensure high customer satisfaction during discussions and process
  • Maintain good customer records in CRM
  • Submit weekly forecast on renewals, down sell, and churn
  • Escalate material churn or down sell scenarios
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C) in the contact center or telecommunications industry
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing licensing agreements and ability to negotiate commercial terms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (B2), and understanding of situational uses of different communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX
