About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced startup environment. As the right-hand person to our leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and learn from their wealth of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to the CEO and other team members
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Fully bilingual
  • Own a vehicle
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Incredible attitude and vibrant energy
