Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Residence Concierge to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and residents, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and arrange special requests, such as transportation and reservations.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests about the property and surrounding area.
  • Announce visitors and contractors to residents and manage access to the residence.
  • Answer and process all calls, messages, and requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Assist with owner reservation services and scheduling of elevator moves.
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and review shift logs and daily memo books.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
