Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Oracle products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Financials or other ERP Financial solutions
- Knowledge of accounting lifecycle and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
