About the Role:

At the heart of Uber Eats, we're refining our global product to fit local markets, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Grocery & Retail category in Mexico.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy roadmap to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Scale new and existing processes to streamline business operations and support growth.
  • Efficiently manage the promotions budget to boost customer metrics.
  • Seek innovative features to enhance customer experience and collaborate with central teams to ensure the relevance and priority of new product rollouts.
  • Foster strong relationships across functional and regional teams to drive long-term regional growth while expanding your global professional network.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years in analytical roles; background in business consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven critical thinking and strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in navigating ambiguous situations and communicating effectively with a diverse team.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with a knack for understanding consumer lifecycle.
