Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients through regular communication and collaboration
  • Designing and implementing data-driven initiatives to achieve business growth
  • Monitoring accounts performance and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver key initiatives and meet business objectives
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related field
  • Basic modeling and forecasting experience
  • Intermediate SQL skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Data-driven thinking and strategic planning skills

Preferred Skills

In addition to the above requirements, we would like to see:

  • Intermediate BI tools knowledge, preferably Google Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
  • Retail experience

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on location and experience.
