Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients through regular communication and collaboration
- Designing and implementing data-driven initiatives to achieve business growth
- Monitoring accounts performance and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver key initiatives and meet business objectives
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related field
- Basic modeling and forecasting experience
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Data-driven thinking and strategic planning skills
Preferred Skills
In addition to the above requirements, we would like to see:
- Intermediate BI tools knowledge, preferably Google Looker Studio
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
- Retail experience
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on location and experience.
