Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis administrative coordinator position provides advanced support for various areas of HR functions, including benefits, compensation, employment, and safety.
- Preparation of materials needed by HR managers for conferences, meetings, and correspondence.
- Creation and preparation of reports from the HR database.
- Assistance with new hire benefit paperwork, filing, and billing.
- Support with employee evaluation processes and job description/training review programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educational experience equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years previous administrative experience.
- Administrative HR experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in spreadsheets, word processing, and database management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate filing and office systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with colleagues.
