About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Planner to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of the team to monthly forecasting goals, tasks, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned to key deadlines and tasks.
  • Track weekly sales turnover.
  • Take ownership of the volume forecast and be able to understand, discuss, and challenge the intricacies of the value sales forecast.
  • Lead the account business planning cycle, including monthly validation of the forecast with the customer business manager/customer business director.

Requirements

  • Experience with direct purchases is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
  • An understanding of purchase order software platforms.
  • Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
