Business Development Planner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Planner to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of the team to monthly forecasting goals, tasks, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned to key deadlines and tasks.
- Track weekly sales turnover.
- Take ownership of the volume forecast and be able to understand, discuss, and challenge the intricacies of the value sales forecast.
- Lead the account business planning cycle, including monthly validation of the forecast with the customer business manager/customer business director.
Requirements
- Experience with direct purchases is a plus.
- Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
- An understanding of purchase order software platforms.
- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
