About the Role

Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Aftersales department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile research to identify opportunities for improving features, functionality, and dealer/aftersales readiness for all products.
  • Make recommendations on research findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an integrated plan.
  • Manage digital business program budget, submit monthly accruals, and work with Manager, Digital Programs on reforecasting as needed.
  • Compile, submit, and audit monthly dealer billing for all Aftersales digital programs such as connected car data.
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and management of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence solutions primarily using Python, SQL, Business Objects, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Extract, validate, and analyze desired data using Python, SAP Business Objects, and other extraction tools.
  • Create and store data effectively within the data mart or data lake solutions, understand online analytical processing, and maintain data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information by the end user body.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in automotive with experience specifically in Aftersales, Connected Services, or program management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Consider equivalent work experience, related college or technical courses, seminars, and in-house classroom training.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Superior analytical skills. Advanced hands-on experience using Tableau and Business Objects to create business intelligence reports and visualizations (1-2 years).
  • Some knowledge of Python, Snowflake 'Snowsql', experience beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Technical automotive Aftersales experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of NNA systems beneficial.
  • Strong self-management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate large group experience beneficial.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive in written and oral communications.
  • Ability to think strategically and to operate independently, execute projects, and streamline work efforts.
  • Possesses the desire to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere.
  • Ability to absorb and objectively understand new materials. Results-driven even in the face of resistance or setbacks.
  • A broad understanding of the automotive industry.
Travel Requirements

Up to 10% day or overnight travel.
