Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Work with stakeholders to develop project plans, ensuring that all necessary details, dates, priorities, and statuses are communicated effectively.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Use estimates and priorities to schedule work and build a project roadmap, ensuring that project targets are met within the project timeline and costs.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with development, sales, account management, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Client Communication: Communicate project status and progress to clients, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years' experience as a project manager or related role(s) on complex technical projects at a software company.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Technical background and experience with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
