Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Lead Level I to join our team. As a Technical Delivery Lead Level I, you will be responsible for leading large and complex development initiatives, managing technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large and complex development initiatives, including project management and technical troubleshooting.
  • Manage technical teams, including design, implementation, and testing.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies, including technology roadmaps and architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve company processes and products.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced technologies, including a minimum of 3+ years as a technical lead.
  • Experience in the operating environment for key technologies, including Business Intelligence, Microsoft 365, and OEM management.
  • Deep knowledge of information technologies, including databases, infrastructure, networks, and web integration software.
  • Broad understanding of technologies and experience in implementation methodologies, software development life cycle processes, and project management.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with developers and project members.
  • Strong Automotive OEM experience and extensive background in leading large and complex development initiatives.
  • Senior development experience, proven technical leadership experience, and experience leading development teams.
  • Acted as a development mentor to technical teams and experience leading technical troubleshooting, including bug fix remediation.
  • Skilled in project management tools and MSFT office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
