About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team at Fastenal Mexico. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with sales and service inquiries
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Process and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive and ship inventory
  • Perform deliveries using a company vehicle
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess or be working towards a degree in Business or Marketing, or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
  • Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds
  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
  • Possess a valid United States Visa
  • Possess an interest in career advancement
