Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our CRM strategy and sales support activities for the Industrial business in AMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Industrial AMS Sales & Operations teams in all areas of CRM, including funnel management, leads, contacts, accounts, training, etc.
  • Assist with driving CRM data quality initiatives and reporting.
  • Implement new functionality provided from HP corporate to continuously improve Industrial Sales usability & productivity, social selling incentive, etc.
  • Support all territory management optimization for AMS Industrial Sales
  • Microsoft Dynamics support & release management, including training & communication.
  • Lead internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provide feedback on projects, and conduct post-project evaluations.
  • Represent the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
  • Establish processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintain process documentation.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
