Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships
  • Customer Advocacy
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on product adoption and usage
  • Account Management
    • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or revenue-driven customer success role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
