We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Amorino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers, providing personalized service and advice on our products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including recipes and ingredients.
- Take orders, upsell, and provide quality service as a Gelato Artist.
- Prepare all orders according to Amorino guidelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Open, close, and maintain the smooth running of store operations, including inventory management and product deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and restock products as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong business sense and ability to drive sales growth.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
