The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Transition Specialist to join our team and support one of our esteemed clients in the USA.
This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving results through effective coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships: Educate and engage clients throughout the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition.
- Plan and coordinate activities: Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones, and tasks to meet project goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations: Ensure documents are received, complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Create and maintain reports: Develop Excel reports and checklists to track progress and stay organized.
- Facilitate meetings: Coordinate interdepartmental team and client meetings to discuss essential items and drive results.
- Communicate project information: Effectively communicate relevant project details to branch leadership and resolve or escalate transition issues as needed.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma: A minimum educational requirement.
- Experience in similar roles: 2-3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
- Multitasking skills: Proven ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
