**Job Summary**

Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Fifo Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run, audit, and analyze discharges from I-E inventory under FIFO method to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Audit open balances to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Create invoices for scrap and obsolete material to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Audit and upload Annex 30 data to VAT site to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Create efficiencies in import-export records and reports to streamline customs internal procedures.
  • Update digital files to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Create export documents as a backup to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Customs Degree, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and databases.
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
