Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business analysis, financial counsel, and strategic planning/analysis support to regional and country financial stakeholders

• Manage, coordinate, and reduce financial reporting, tax, and statutory risk

• Develop and implement financial leadership and coordination strategies to drive business growth and profitability

• Foster collaboration across Global Finance Organization groups in a complex and matrix organization

• Develop strong talent and provide opportunities for growth and development

• Report on a regular basis to upper-level management

• Work closely with the Global Delivery hub in Bangalore to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements:

• University degree in business or accounting

• 7-10 years of varied accounting, control, and financial experience

• Fluent English language skills

• Valid visa and passport

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Proven record of success and accomplishments at lower levels

• Prior supervisory experience

• Travel required (up to 10% of the time)

• Accounting certification

• Ability to learn complex accounting methodologies
