Customer Quality Assurance Manager

Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of quality issues, utilizing advanced problem-solving tools to identify and implement cost-effective corrective actions.
- Quality Data Analysis: Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of engineering changes.
- Product Evaluation and Testing: Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure the robustness of product or process changes before full implementation, serving as the point of contact for engineering quality and product-related incidents.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics, providing creative thinking to the analysis of data and identification of new opportunities.
- Project Management: Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish partnerships both internally and externally, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Requirements- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, or Materials from an ABET accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Data Analysis: Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-directed, team-oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software required.
- Assertiveness and Ambition: Assertive and ambitious nature.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented.
- Motivation: Motivated to make a positive impact in the work environment and on the quality of the products produced.
