Key Account Growth Specialist

About the Role
TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue, profit, and potential lines of business by managing and developing face-to-face customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic plans to grow and expand current business with key accounts, identifying opportunities for incremental revenue and profitability.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at our top accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with internal resources to deliver value to customers while maintaining expected levels of margin return.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to drive growth and innovation within our top accounts.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate account strategies, goals, and progress to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate closely with internal sales, sales operations, and specialist Business Units (SBU's) to ensure seamless execution of account plans and achievement of business objectives.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans that drive business growth.
