- Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Payment Recovery: Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts. Effectively communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the process.
