Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection of customer payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply daily collection techniques to ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Verify that customer payments are accurately reflected in the account statement.
- Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and address issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Finance Manager to ensure compliance with information requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports, including monthly statements and aged receivable reports, to meet deadlines.
- Perform month-end activities, including reviewing bank deposits and ensuring proper registration in the SAP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of customer service, invoice processing, collections, and accounting principles.
- Organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills, with effective written and oral communication.
