**Key Responsibilities**

As Account Manager Senior, you will be responsible for resolving incidents related to Asset and Configuration Management within our Operative Systems tool. You will also analyze the KCS network and customer supply chains to provide proactive customer delay advisories. This includes monitoring daily network overviews, tracking maintenance, and identifying issues with intermodal loads, bad orders, non-customs cleared shipments, derailments, or changes to service schedules.

**Accountabilities**

You will act as an advocate for our customers with our transportation department and third-party providers. You will provide internal information and updates to collaborate on prioritizing traffic flows and attending Engineering's track maintenance meetings. Additionally, you will resolve issues with foreign railroads related to billing or loading.

**System Management**

You will manage systems used within our Customer Solutions Center, including MCS and other feeder systems. You will utilize multiple websites to document, move, or update shipments. You will also work with our CRM New Salesforce to register all customer transactions and Amazon Connect for customer interactions.

**Collaboration and Communication**

You will work in a collaborative manner with cross-training and support cross-functional activities across all CPKC NSC Centers to support customers (external and internal). You will exemplify CPKC's Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study. You will also need at least five years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Working Conditions**

This role requires shift work and the ability to support critically important railroad operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You must be willing to work various shifts as assigned, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays. On-call responsibilities are also an essential function of this job.
