Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

LRQA is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
