Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs and validation of requirements.
- Capture information in payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with pay rules, policies, and regulations.
- Monitor case reception and release, ensuring SLA compliance and providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues and delivering services at defined SLAs/KPIs.
- Continuously communicate and support with local functional teams, conciliating and documenting process deliverables for audit preparation.
