As a Customer Success Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the EMEA region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of our products and support processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet the customer's objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the EMEA region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
