About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Kwan Technology Inc. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer health to proactively address potential issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software customer experience management
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with software platforms that solve complex business problems
