Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Kwan Technology Inc. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer health to proactively address potential issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software customer experience management
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with software platforms that solve complex business problems
