About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manufacturing Finance Manager in Saltillo, Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for generating accurate financial information in accordance with local financial regulations, established policies, and procedures, which will support the business' efficient decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting of financial performance of the Saltillo Equipment Manufacturing plant, including $14+ USD million in functional expenses, $7+ USD million inventory, and $20+ USD million in P&E Assets.
- Support the operations team across all involved areas (Production, EHS, Engineering, Quality, Materials & Sourcing).
- Drive operational excellence across the Freight Equipment business in Mexico while maintaining and improving processes and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Preferable STEM or Accounting/Finance).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance (manufacturing environment).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts and how it applies to shop floor and finance processes is desirable.
