Altios International is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
