**Job Summary**
At Sterling Kohler, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster transparency, open communication, and collaboration.
- Drive talent and culture initiatives through consultation and relationship building, ensuring alignment with our enterprise strategies.
- Develop and implement robust talent management plans to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps, and create specific programs to fill these gaps.
- Oversee recruitment pipeline positioning Sterling Kohler as an employer of choice to attract top talent into seasoned positions and early careers programs.
- Support, develop, engage, and retain talent by creating, implementing, and maintaining talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning, etc.).
- Stay informed of local market and competitive trends, and leverage these insights to develop site-based HR strategies and solutions.
- Create an experience-based talent culture across the organization in aspects of talent attraction, development, improving organizational health, and driving high-performance culture.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to foster a sense of belonging and aid the organization in being better every day.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure functional and site-level communication and associate engagement plans are making a meaningful difference.
- Leverage data to understand and proactively handle issues such as turnover, organizational spans of control and layers, diversity, equity, and similar key indicators.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree and progressive 5 or more years of related HR experience required.
- HR certification(s) desirable.
- HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Balanced between strategic and tactical orientations; able to roll up their sleeves to get things done while still considering long-term strategy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
