Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in the LATAM region. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with the Regional HR Business Partner to implement strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement, enhance employee engagement, and provide positive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries in the South and North of LATAM region.
  • Execute operational and project-based work across various HR programs, including annual performance reviews, talent management initiatives, engagement, training, and payroll and benefits processes.
  • Support the annual bonus and merit increase schemes, as well as hiring plan processes, including post job requisitions, managing relationships with third-party recruitment partners, and coordinating selection processes.
  • Coordinate and plan for employee onboarding, including new employee orientations and training needs identification.
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture, ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and compliant with legislation.
  • Support the management of benefits vendors, including benefits renewals and coordinating events.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and practices, as well as internal stakeholders in HR Audit processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits management, talent acquisition, and HR processes, including onboarding, annual reviews, and salary campaigns.
  • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development.
