**Job Summary**

Vanguard is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of effective Human Resources programs and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and maintain HR statistics and reporting to support business decisions.

• Provide consultative coaching and counseling services to employees to resolve employee relations issues.

• Advise leaders and employees on creating an engaged and productive workplace, including promoting compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Support recruiting activities for professional and support staff, including managing administrative tasks associated with hiring and onboarding.

• Coordinate training and development programs, including organizational training needs and implementation of training courses for management and crew.

• Ensure compliance with HR processes and programs in the local office, including health and safety, and interact with HR legal to support regional compliance.

• Manage the day-to-day operations associated with the administration of benefits and support liaison between third-party vendors.

• Provide Human Resources communications support, including drafting, editing, and delivery of HR communications.

• Assist the regional HR team with miscellaneous tasks and participate in special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a global organization with a multi-country scope.

• Bachelor's degree, with any additional education in HR being a plus.

• Advanced English language skills, with strong data analytics skills and medium to advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Good communication skills, with emphasis on writing in both Spanish and English.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, with critical thinking, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and remote environment.
