Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and Execute Paid Media Campaigns:
    • Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on B2B lead generation and conversion.
  • Enhance Our Digital Presence:
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure our website is a high-performing lead generation tool.
    • Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and engagement.
  • Amplify Content Initiatives:
    • Promote our podcasts, webinars, whitepapers, and events through targeted paid media campaigns.
    • Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, especially Gen Z, and amplifies our brand voice.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies and optimize ongoing efforts.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative marketing techniques, including the latest on TikTok and other emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
    • Provide insights and feedback to continually enhance marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience & Expertise:
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in paid media marketing, preferably within the digital or tech industries.
    • Proven track record in B2B marketing and driving successful lead generation campaigns.
    • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms is highly preferred.
    • An understanding of Gen Z language and trends, especially for engaging younger audiences.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Creative thinker who brings innovative ideas and approaches to the table.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on data and analytics to drive decisions.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
