**Job Summary**
America At Work is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our accounting department in Mexico. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tax plans to improve cash flow and net income.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement tax plans to optimize cash flow and net income
- Manage all tax transfer price matters
- Collaborate with the Country Controller to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Provide tax research and analysis to support business decisions
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible tax assignments
- Multi-national experience, Big 4 experience a plus
- Undergraduate degree in accounting with a concentration in tax desired
- Knowledge of tax, SEC rules and regulations, MX tax rules, international tax rules and practices
- Strong research skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (i.e. M.B.A, Master of Tax, other advanced degree), or certification (i.e. CPA, JD, LLM etc.)
- Experience in managing projects for the organization as evidenced by advancement and success of projects
- Consulting skills, including the ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful strategies and plans
