**Job Summary**

The Service Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance of a Customer Service team in the Acapulco District. The primary objective is to ensure that the team meets quality standards and productivity expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure a controlled environment in the district's branches by continuously monitoring operational activity, controls, processes, and protocols to mitigate any operational risks that could result in financial losses.
  • Ensure that branches have all necessary tools, equipment, and knowledge to operate and provide service at the highest standards, always complying with policies and regulations.
  • Logistical operation of any matter related to the branches under their charge.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Experience in commercial banking and branch processes.
  • Responsible for the branches in the Acapulco District.
  • Service-oriented and control-focused mindset.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

**Education:**

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
