About the Role

Finastra is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our Treasury & Capital Markets team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a high visibility book of business within our Treasury & Capital Markets segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the Treasury & Capital Markets segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, business line, technology, and procurement teams.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Finastra within assigned book of business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and account management activities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sphere of influence within the account base.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales processes, working with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client businesses, identifying challenges and opportunities to position Finastra solutions effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including product, business line, technology, and procurement teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.
  • Knowledge of the banking vertical and capital markets required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships and grow book of business through consultative sales methodology.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs.
  • Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
