About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Promotion Supervisor to lead our team of promoters and advisors in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence at points of sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the team of promoters and advisors in the field
  • Plan and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence at points of sale
  • Monitor compliance with established commercial and visibility objectives
  • Train and motivate the team to ensure optimal performance
  • Collect and analyze data on competition and market trends
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and present results to management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive monthly salary of $20,000 MXN, as well as a gasoline allowance of $3,000 MXN and a monthly performance bonus of $4,000 MXN. You will also receive legal benefits from day one, including full IMSS coverage, and have opportunities for mid-term growth within the brand.

Requirements
  • Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Own a vehicle and be available to travel across different areas
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge and interest in trade marketing and/or merchandising
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule

The successful candidate will work Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 4PM, and will be provided with computer and mobile equipment.
