Estimated Salary RangeWe offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis dynamic role involves analyzing market information, customer needs, and sales data to create effective action plans that maximize sales growth. You will align and negotiate commercial plans with customers, ensuring seamless execution at points of sale in line with established procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of business experience in sales and working with distributors, with specific experience managing commercial teams. Strong negotiation and operational discipline skills are essential, along with intermediate English proficiency.
This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of business experience in sales and working with distributors
- Specific experience managing commercial teams
- Knowledge of local market dynamics, modern trade key customers, proximity channel & HFS distributors, and key customers across geographies (desirable)
- Negotiation and operational discipline skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
